It’s clear to see that a Network Marketing system has the potential to generate a lot of cash flow with relative ease. Sure you will need to work hard at it but at the end of the day it’s achievable. Lots of networking companies out there offer fantastic products and an attractive payout plan that offer some significant leverage. So why is it that there are so many failure stories around and ridiculous statistics like an average distributor life time of 1-3 months?
I have spoken to many people involved in this industry over the last few months and people who have not made a success of it have all said they consider their failure is down to lack of training and support from their upline. Many said that the training they got consisted of being told ‘oh make a list of your friends and family and sell the business to them’ or ‘leave your business cards on car windscreens, thorough doors, in phone booths’ etc..
In today’s market these methods don’t really work, as we all know business opportunities are 10 to the dozen and there is always someone waiting to pounce with their latest great scheme, so as a society we have become deaf to these worn out pitches. New networkers quickly discover that the traditional recruiting methods are not really that effective in constructing a very big team of folks in our business. This I found out for myself when I was just getting started in MLM.
For me my business became successfull when I began to market it on the internet as well as continuing my offline activities, I can say that using both methods together is extremely powerful. You should leverage the power of the internet to brand and market yourself and what you can offer to your prospects. Get out there and offer some real value in the form of information and guidance, create relationships with prospects through social media, article writing and video creation is very effective. Methods like these are very effective in branding yourself.
Giving real value is the way to go and if you do this you will attract more prospects than just spamming with a replicated website. People tend to switch off to such websites in todays market, lots and lots of people are already blasting the net with these sort of websites pushing links to a company website that claims to be the ‘best thing since sliced bread’
By being someone that offers value and worth you will become attractive, people will become go in with your organisation. It’s always the case that most people will only buy from those they like and who they regard as an expert in their industry. Your prospects need a leader to follow and to instruct them, how about if you were to become that leader? do you think it would make a difference to your business? you bet it would! The leaders are the one’s who will make it to the top, make it a sure thing you are one of them and make certain sure that you are employing a network marketing system that will recruit and coach your prospects in the most valuable way possible!
